My pet needs medication, can I book them in?

Please contact us before booking to see whether we can accommodate your pet’s requirements.

My pet hasn’t got vaccinations, can they still come?

The health of all our guests is of utmost importance, therefore we cannot allow your rabbit to stay if it is not vaccinated.

My pet needs grooming, can you do this?

Of course, when you drop them off please ensure you bring the tools needed and we can do this for you.

Can you clip nails?

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer this service.

Can I bring our own food?

We ask that your pet’s dried food is brought with you to ensure consistency with their diet. You are welcome to bring fresh veggies if you wish but they are included in the price.

We aren’t registered with a vet, can we still book?

Yes, we will take them to our vets if required and pass on the associated costs.

What if you can’t get hold of us in the case of an emergency?

We ask that you provide a minimum of 2 contact numbers, preferably one in this country if you are going abroad. We will make every effort to get hold of you in an emergency and if we cannot, we will act under the advice of the consulting vet.

Can we drop off or pick up outside of normal check in/out times?

Please contact us to discuss your requirements and if we are able we will accommodate them.

Can I pay by cash?

We do not accept cash payments. No cash is kept on our premises.

How secure if your accommodation?

The animal hutches are situated within a locked shed that is covered by CCTV.

The animal runs are inside a full height secured area with fox proof wire installed around the perimeter.

What do I do if I am delayed coming back from my holiday?

Please let us know at your earliest convenience. We will of course keep your pet safe until you are able to return.

Additional days will be payable before you collect your animal and an additional charge of £20 will be made to cover our costs.
